TAIPEI (Taiwan News) -- Taiwan’s Chan sisters captured their 14th doubles title together at the Qatar Total Open in Doha on Saturday.

The sisters, Latisha Chan (詹詠然) and Chan Hao-ching (詹皓晴), also won the same tournament together in 2016.

The sisters began to team up again this season after 15 months. There were off to a great new start this season, getting into the final at the Brisbane International and winning the Hobart International.

In the Doha event, the sisters beat the fourth-seeded duo, Anna-Lena Groenefeld and Demi Schuurs, 6-1, 3-6, 1-0(6).

The title they won on Saturday was their second in the season and 14th together in their career.
