Osaka Delicacies Carnival at WASABI

The Taiwanese are known for their love of food. Be it local Taiwanese treats or exotic cuisines, dishes of any kind imaginable can be found to satisfy the people's appetite. Coming out with a new idea, Formosa International Hotels Corporation's WASABI - Buffet, located on the fourth floor of Taipei 101 Mall, is presenting the Osaka Delicacies Carnival from December 5th to December 30th, with special foods from Osaka, Japan as the theme, featuring boxed sushi, okonomiyaki, steamed maguro, and a dozen more dishes displayed as if in a carnival with abundant other Japanese dishes for guests to marvel and enjoy.
The hot food section of the buffet includes Chicken Steamed Maguro, which is a local dish of traditional Japanese broth made with western influences of herbs. The Kansai Sukiyaki has a more fragrant and richer taste than the Tokyo variety and is made with pork, cabbage, scallions, and kunniyaki cooked in a sauce of soy sauce, seaweed and sugar. Also on the menu of dishes are Kansai Seafood Pancakes, Osaka Deep-fried Chicken, Osaka Miso Ramen, and desserts like Black Sugar Cookies and Sesame Tofu. Guests are invited to taste all these marvelous foods at WASABI - Buffet.
On weekdays, Lunch at WASABI - Buffet is NT$630 and Dinner is NT$730. On weekends and holidays, Lunch is NT$730, Afternoon Tea is NT$480, and Dinner is NT$800. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
