BC-US--AP Entertainment Advisory-Billboard Music Awards, US


The 2017 Billboard Music Awards will be presented on Sunday, May 21, from 8-11 p.m. Eastern at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, hosted by Ludacris and Vanessa Hudgens, and airing live on ABC. Multiple awards will be handed out during the live telecast, while others will be announced on Billboard's website. Drake and the Chainsmokers are the leading nominees, while twenty one pilots, Rihanna, Adele and Beyoncé will also compete for multiple awards. Performers include Miley Cyrus, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, the Chainsmokers, Celine Dion, Lorde, Imagine Dragons, Florida Georgia Line, John Legend, Halsey and Camila Cabello. Nicki Minaj will kick off the show with a nine-minute performance featuring Lil Wayne, David Guetta and Jason Derulo.
