21 March, 2017 – Mandarin Oriental, Taipei is pleased to present a brand-new dining experience at the contemporary and modern-designed Café Un Deux Trois located on the 5th floor of the hotel. No longer a French brasserie, Café Un Deux Trois features a wide range of international cuisines and offer an exclusive three-meal restaurant concept. The new lunch set menu allows guests to choose a main course recommended by chef and enjoy a rich selection of salads, appetizers, noodle and dessert bars. As for dinner, a delicately designed four-course and five-course set menu, allows guests to indulge in an array of delectable gourmet for an enchanting dining journey in the sophisticated setting!

Friendly and relaxed, Café Un Deux Trois delivers gourmet cuisines of high gastronomy from Mandarin Oriental all-time favourites to European signature dishes as well as classic Asian cuisines. Discover international offerings such as French onion soup, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and grilled items to satisfy every palate. The extensive menu features savoury Asian favourites such as Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup, Hainan Chicken Rice, and Singaporean Curry Laksa. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Under the new designation, Café Un Deux Trois not only embraces a new dining spirit of rich diversity and but also satisfies every craving palate from different parts of the world.

Helmed by Chef Tony Chang and restaurant manager Neil Tsai, Café Un Deux Trois is committed to bringing guests the best quality and consistency by selecting the freshest products, prepared by a team of well-trained and excellent chefs. Both Taiwan-born, Chef Tony and Neil will amaze guests with delectable dishes from all over the globe. Recommended dishes include Seafood cataplana with mixed seafood, tomato, potato and black olives; U.S. beef ribeye served with ratatouille, mashed potato, red wine sauce; French onion soup with traditional bread and Gruyere cheese crust; Taiwanese beef noodle soup with slow braised U.S. beef short rib, beef tendon and green vegetables; and Hainan chicken rice with prawns, conpoy, egg white and pine nuts.
