Spend a Luxurious Christmas and New Year’s Eve at Bel Air Chef de Cuisine, William Lo will present diners with an exquisite seven-course dinner set menu on 24 and 25 December priced at NT$3,800 and NT$4,500 per person, including sous vide poached Christmas turkey with pickled beetroot peanut candy prepared at your table, seared Hokkaido scallop with ginger cream sauce, and a main course of Wellington style Norwegian salmon.
