Bel Air presents “Champion Beef” Set Menu for Beef-love Diners

From August 15 to August 31, Grand Hyatt Taipei presents Champion Beef Set at Bel Air, located on hotel’s second floor. At the price of NT 2,800 (plus 10% service fee), diners get to indulge in a beef festive with delicious fillet steak, chuck flap steak and ox tail soup. “In the Champion Beef set, we have added Taiwanese ingredients to the Beef to make the set more taste-friendly to our customers in Taiwan. We incorporate French cooking methods to this set to ensure that that the beef is cooked at a world class standard. The ‘Champion Beef’ set exclusively serves four main dishes including the garden, Hot and Cold, Taste of “Beef”, and Le Chocolat. To start of the set, The Garden presents US steak tartar seasoned with homemade graved egg yolk. The freshness and tenderness of this dish will bring pleasure in every precious bite. Recommended by Macau’s 2-star Michelin restaurant, The Tasting Room, Hot and Cold includes Australian onion ox tail soup seasoned with freshly cooked red carrot and vegetables. A scoop of onion ice cream offsets the heat of the soup, spreading a refreshing taste. Tasting of beef includes butter basting New Zeland tenderloin sided with Mexican style chuck flap steak and Australian Beef Cheek that is braised for 12 hours to unleash the flavor of the meat. Diners will enjoy three different portions of beef and cooking techniques. A chocolate dessert claims the final victory of the Champion Set. Le Chocolat includes dark chocolate cake topped with rich milk chocolate ice cream and espuma. Le Chocolat replaces the beef with a pleasurable sweetness.
