The centerpiece of B-One is a marble island that accommodates the extensive salad bar, dessert selections, seafood, and sashimi. Local and western cuisine complete the dining experience with a number of dishes cooked to order such as beef noodle soup and grilled oysters. This reporter has always regarded steamed fish preparation as a good indication of overall restaurant quality for Chinese cuisine. Likewise, steak is the benchmark for Western kitchen staff and, at B-One, the steak is grilled perfectly.
Another highlight of B-One is unlimited Asahi beer or red wine for an additional NT$100 per person. Lunch and dinner service is available Monday through Friday and lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea service is available on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch and dinner is NT$1,100 for adults and NT$550 for children on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and NT$1,300 for adults and NT$650 for children on weekends (Sat-Sun).
