LONDON (AP) -- Everton advanced to the last 16 of the FA Cup on Sunday, beating fourth-tier Carlisle 3-0 on a recently flooded pitch.
More than 17,000 fans watched the one-sided match at Brunton Park, which took place one month after heavy floods in the region left the ground submerged.
The Premier League visitors went ahead after only 90 seconds when Arouna Kone poked in the ball after a pass from Aaron Lennon, who made it 2-0 in the 14th with another close-range strike.
Ross Barkley put the result beyond doubt in the 65th with an impressive curling strike from the edge of the area that took a slight deflection.
MK Dons later hosts Chelsea in Sunday's other fourth-round match.
The fifth-round draw takes place later Sunday.
