Mandarin Oriental invites you to share the love and joys of Christmas

The most wonderful time of the year, Christmas, is just around the corner, and Mandarin Oriental, Taipei is proud to present a 20-metre-high rose gold Christmas tree, the tallest and most luxurious to light up your winter this year, at The Arcade entrance on Dunhua North Road. A range of festive activities have also been prepared to make this a Christmas to remember for you, as well as a charitable event to spread the spirit of giving and sharing.

The tree is 8 metres wide and 20 metres tall, featuring LED lights that stretch up to a mile long and thousands of gold and red light bulbs as ornaments. The unconventional decorations of the Christmas tree and the glowing indigo lights that line its silhouette transform the place into a dreamy, festive wonderland every night. This spectacular venue will surely become the hottest spot for celebrating the holiday season for citizens of Taipei.

Aside from the marvelous Christmas tree, Mandarin Oriental, Taipei will also be hosting a variety of festive activities. From 12–13 December (Saturday–Sunday), 19–20 December (Saturday–Sunday), and 24 December (Thursday), a Christmas Market will be held in the Courtyard from 12 noon to 8pm.

To make this Christmas more memorable, Mandarin Oriental, Taipei specially designed a “Love Share” Christmas Panda featuring a limited-edition Mandarin Oriental, Taipei stuffed toy and one bag of handmade festive cookies priced at TWD 999. Limited supply of 100 sets only. All profits will be donated to Shan-Mei Elementary School located in Chiayi, Alishan County, to be used in purchasing school equipment for aboriginal children.
