To welcome the oyster season, from now till October 19, Bel Air and Cheers will present guests with succulent, freshly chucked oysters, plus alluring oyster delicacies. Be sure not to miss this symphony of oysters at Grand Hyatt Taipei this October.

Bel Air’s oyster feast will present discerning palates with Gillardeau oysters, known as the Rolls Royce of Oysters, world-renowned Belon oysters, La Lune oysters, which are bred in the northwest France for up to 4 years.

For oyster delicacies, chefs recommend Black Peal oyster tartar with caviar and green apple; steamed Fine de Claire oysters with mushroom consommé and truffle, champagne-poached La Line oysters with pan-fried sea bass, and crispy fried Gillardeau oysters paired with grilled U.S. beef fillet.

Cheers presents its guests with sweet and milky Canadian Sinku oysters, whose name means “clear running water” in the native Coast Salish language. These oysters are a connoisseur’s delight, offering a clean finish and delicate meat. Also available, fine French Black Pearl oysters are bred for three and half years and feature a soft, fleshy texture and a crisp flavor.
