DUBLIN (AP) -- Greece and Morocco are back as full members of rugby's world governing body after their suspensions were lifted.
The Hellenic Rugby Federation had been suspended since November 2014 because it was no longer recognized by the country's ministry of sport and culture -- a condition of World Rugby membership. That situation has now been rectified.
Morocco's union was suspended because of concerns over its governance and its failure to comply with certain conditions of its national sports council.
World Rugby announced the lifting of suspensions on Friday, bringing the number of full member unions to 102.
