Son of Asia's richest man posts photo of Apple Watch-wearing dog

Taipei, May 26 (CNA) The son of Asia's richest man has posted a photo online of his dog wearning two Apple Watches, which has attracted more than 6,000 comments. In photos posted on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo Monday, Wang Sicong's dog, named Wang Coco, sports two Apple Watches on her forefeet. Wang is the only son of Chinese realty tycoon and founder of the Dalian Wanda Group Wang Jianlin. Above the photo is a message saying "look at my new watches. I was supposed to wear four of them as I have four feet. But later I decided not to for fear I would appear too much of a flaunter. I really cannot settle for any less or it would be beneath me." The smartwatches were not the only gifts Wang's dog got this month. On May 4, photos on Wang Coco's Weibo page showed her and a Fendi bag hanging from her neck. A message above the photos explained how the dog got her designer bag. "Daddy said I am a sled dog and count as part of the workforce. He got me this bag May 1 as a gift for Labor Day." The post drew 3,742 comments, including "can't believe I have the same bag as the dog's." Wang is also known for using only leashes made by Italian luxury goods house Bottega Veneta and French brand Hermes, and giving his dog only brand-name bottled water.
