New Immigrants of Meinong learn Hakka language, all ages welcome

Meinong District Office of Kaohsiung city will open a Hakka language class for new immigrant parents and children at Kaohsiung Public Library, Meinong branch. The class will go from May 31 to June 28; all new immigrant families are welcome to learn Hakka!
Meinong District Office opens a lively Hakka language class for both parents and families, with the aim to improve the communication abilities of the foreign spouses. The class could decrease the language obstacle during the children education process in the new immigrant family. All family members of the foreign spouses are encouraged to participate. As they gain more understanding of their living environment, they can adapt more easily to the local communities and in turns create a harmonious and multicultural society.
The class is mainly for the foreign spouses and their children. The maximum intake is 20 people. All new immigrants are welcome.
