HAGATNA, Guam (AP) -- The medical director of Guam Memorial hospital has been appointed to fill in as interim administrator following the hospital chief's sudden resignation.
Guam newspaper Pacific Daily News (http://is.gd/SFYDlF) reports Larry Lizama is taking over the top position from outgoing administrator Joseph Verga.
Before his new assignment, Lizama had been working as the hospital's associate administrator for medical services.
