After turning down Pakistan, Younis Khan says he's next captain of Yorkshire

Younis Khan says he's been offered the Yorkshire captaincy, one day after turning down the job of leading Pakistan.
Despite the county saying that the Pakistan batsman is one of several candidates to replace Australia's Darren Lehmann as its overseas player for next season, Khan claims to have already been approached.
"I know players like Michael Vaughan and Matthew Hoggard play there and also legends such as Geoffrey Boycott and Sir Leonard Hutton played there a few years ago," Khan said Friday on Bigstarcricket.com. "It will be an honor to follow these cricketers and play at Headingley, especially as the captain."
On Thursday, Khan turned down the Pakistan captaincy for the Champions Trophy in India, claiming he didn't want to be a "dummy captain."
He didn't elaborate and the role was passed on to Mohammed Yousuf. Pakistan's regular captain, Inzamam-ul-Haq, is banned from the first four games of the competition after being found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute during the forfeited fourth test against England at The Oval in August.
