The famous Paper Windmill Theatre will perform live at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts on Sunday.

The national day celebrations have not forgotten the youngsters! On October 8 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Kaohsiung City Museum of Fine Arts hosts the "Double Tenth Celebration for the Children"-a Paper Windmill Theatre performance geared for children. It is the first outdoor show just for the kids of its scale and type in southern Taiwan.
Rich in music and colors in motion, the show entails melodies and percussion and dance performances from different peoples around the world. There will be Sri Lanken monkey dancers, New Zealand Maori dancers, street performers, and aboriginal performers. Furthermore, the audience will be encouraged to sing along with Taiwanese nursery rhymes and chants.
The show ends with a raucous international spectacle joining the Taiwanese in their national day celebrations. No matter if you are an adult or a kid, this "Double Tenth Celebration for the Children" is bound to be full of surprises and utter enjoyment!
After the show there will be a five-minute fireworks display for departing guests outside the museum-just one of many reasons for mom and pop to bring the kids out to join in this event.
