Four new caps selected in Kiwis Tri-Nations squad

Four new caps were named Wednesday in New Zealand's squad for rugby league Tri-Nations matches against Australia and Britain.
Adam Blair, who played for the Melbourne Storm in last weekend's NRL grand final loss to Brisbane, has won international selection along with Simon Mannering of the New Zealand Warriors, Steve Matai of Manly and Iosia Soliola of the Sydney Roosters.
England-based Motu Tony, Jason Cayless and Shontayne Hape have been included in the squad although Super League commitments will prevent them playing in the opening match of the series against Australia in Auckland in 10 days.
Scrumhalf Stacey Jones, from the French club Catalans, will continue his international career two seasons after his first attempted retirement, winning inclusion with veterans Nathan Cayless and captain Ruben Wiki.
Australian-based regulars Paul Whatuira, Jake Webster and Sonny Bill Williams were not considered because of injuries.
