MEMPHIS, Tennessee (AP) -- The Memphis Grizzlies have acquired guard Courtney Lee and have sent guard Jerryd Bayless to the Boston Celtics as part of a three-team trade that also includes the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Under terms of the deal announced Tuesday, the Grizzlies received Lee and a 2016 second-round NBA draft pick from Boston.

The Celtics got Bayless and also received forward Ryan Gomes from Oklahoma City, whom they later waived. The Grizzlies sent a 2014 second-round pick they'd acquired from Philadelphia in August and a 2017 second-round pick to the Thunder. Both picks going to Oklahoma City are conditional.

Lee has averaged 7.4 points per game this season and is shooting 44.2 percent from 3-point range.

Bayless has averaged 8.0 points this season.
