Taiwan International Workers’ Association (TIWA) was established in 1999 which is the first one non-governmental organization to concern foreign workers and new immigrants in Taiwan. Mostly of members in TIWA are from labor groups. In addition to share the work experiences in Taiwan but also promote the foreign workers’ right. Earlier, it assisted Taiwan Indonesian Workers’ Association (TIWA) for Indonesia workers.
