DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) -- Legspinner Imran Tahir grabbed his maiden five-wicket haul in his test comeback as South Africa bowled out Pakistan for 99 on the first day of the second test on Wednesday.

Tahir, 5-32, returning to the test team after 11 months and bowling for the first time in a test against his country of birth, claimed three wickets in the space of 11 deliveries before lunch and bagged two more after the break as Pakistan's innings folded cheaply.

Pakistan stuttered from the outset after winning the toss and electing to bat when fit-again Dale Steyn had Khurram Manzoor caught off only second ball of the match.

No. 9 Zulfiqar Babar scored 25 to add 33 for the last wicket with Junaid Khan, before Steyn wrapped up the innings by clean bowling Khan and taking 3-38.
