HAGATNA, Guam (AP) -- Police in Guam say the death of a 55-year-old woman has been reclassified as a homicide.
The body of Shelly Bernstein was found just after midnight Tuesday morning in her first-floor apartment in Tamuning on the western shore of Guam.
Police after the discovery said she had suffered a head injury.
Guam Memorial Hospital Nursing Supervisor Jo Eustaquio tells Pacific Daily News (http://bit.ly/13ADAF4) that medics reported the woman had suffered a gunshot wound.
Bernstein was a United Airlines flight attendant.
