Guests who purchase one or more gift baskets are entitled to double Happy Go card reward points. A 15 per cent discount is offered to guests placing orders before June 1, 2013. Bulk orders of 10 to 29 baskets will receive 10 per cent discount, 30 to 59 baskets will receive 15 per cent discount, and 60 or more baskets will receive 20 per cent discount; only one discount will be applied per transaction. Two gift sets, each with five dumplings, are available for purchase. The first one is priced at NT$1,188 (originally NT$1,330) and features Traditional Cantonese Dumpling, Beef and Pine Nuts Rice Dumpling, French Style Duck Confit Rice Dumpling, Bird’s Nest with Longan Sweet Rice Dumpling, and Purple Rice filled with Custard Sweet Rice Dumpling. The other set is priced at NT$888 (originally NT$1,030) and includes Spicy Pork Rice Dumpling flavored with X.O. Sauce, French Style Duck Confit Rice Dumpling, Porcini and Chicken Rice Dumpling, and two Purple Rice filled with Custard Sweet Rice Dumplings.
Seven varieties of rice dumplings are also available for single orders. The Traditional Cantonese Rice Dumpling (NT$520), a popular product for several years now, is big enough for sharing. The French Style Duck Confit Rice Dumpling (NT$250) is a new and unique creation of Executive Chef Beat Enderli, who was inspired by the best-selling fruitwood roasted duck at Shang Palace on the sixth floor. The signature X.O. sauce used in the Spicy Pork Rice Dumpling (NT$290) is homemade. Sweet products include the popular Purple Rice filled with Custard (NT$120) and the new Bird’s Nest with Longan Sweet Rice Dumpling (NT$150).
