Bravo replaces Sammy as ODI captain

Allrounder Dwayne Bravo has been appointed West Indies captain for the Champions Trophy, replacing Darren Sammy as one-day skipper.
Sammy will continue to skipper Twenty20 and test teams. Chairman of selectors Clyde Butts says he felt West Indies' ODI results have not been as strong and "we believe that it is best that we freshen the leadership of the team in this format."
West Indies won just two ODI series under Sammy over the past two years, against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh.
Sammy, Ravi Rampaul, Marlon Samuels, Chris Gayle, Devon Smith and Jason Holder have been recalled to the squad for the Champions Trophy missing the series against Zimbabwe.
Bravo has scored 2,311 runs and taken 160 wickets with his medium fast bowling in 137 ODIs.
