Teenage striker Florian Thauvin scored twice as Bastia beat Bordeaux 3-1 in the French league on Sunday, while Jeremie Aliadiere also collected two goals as Lorient fought back from 4-1 down to draw 4-4 at home to Ajaccio.
The 19-year-old Thauvin put Bastia ahead in the sixth minute with a low strike _ his first goal in senior football _ and soon made it 2-0 in the 17th, pouncing from close range after forward Toifilou Maoulida's shot was saved by goalkeeper Cedric Carrasso.
A win would have moved Bordeaux into the top five, but instead it lost its unbeaten record in the league. French leader Paris Saint-Germain is the only unbeaten team after 10 rounds.
PSG is three points ahead of Toulouse and Marseille, which missed the chance to draw level because its home match against fourth-place Lyon was postponed Sunday due to strong wind. No new date has been set.
Bordeaux striker Yoan Gouffran made it 2-1 in the 30th minute, scoring on the second attempt after his first shot was blocked by goalkeeper Magno Novaes.
But Bastia forward Wahbi Khazri restored mid-table Bastia's two-goal cushion with a curling free kick in the 56th.
Earlier, Chahir Belghazouani put the visitors ahead in the first minute, before two goals from Brazilian striker Eduardo and one from veteran Romania forward Adrian Mutu gave Ajaccio a seemingly insurmountable 4-1 halftime lead _ with defender Wesley Lautoa replying for Lorient.
"I'm more than angry," Ajaccio coach Alex Dupont said. "Given how we played in the first half, I didn't expect the second half to be catastrophic."
Lorient, which was unbeaten before losing 6-1 to Valenciennes last weekend, appeared to be heading for another thrashing.
But Aliadiere pulled a goal back just after the break and the former Arsenal forward scored again in the 80th minute. Strike partner Gilles Sunu, who was signed from Arsenal, equalized in the last minute.
"We have no right to lose the three points like that," Eduardo said. "It teaches you that you have to respect football, you can't ease up at any time."
Bordeaux is in eighth place, Lorient is ninth, while Corsican teams Bastia and Ajaccio are 11th and 14th, respectively.
