Filip Polc of Slovakia has won a daunting bike race high in Bolivia's mountains called the "Descent of the Condor."
Polc careened down the 1.6-kilometer (one-mile) course in 2 minutes, 32.89 seconds on Saturday.
The route starts in the town of El Alto at 4,085 meters (13,123 feet) above sea level. It finishes in Bolivia's capital of La Paz at 3,600 meters (11,811 feet).
Second place went to Yannick Wende of Bolivia and third was Enrique Genova of Chile. Thirty-six riders competed.
