Metals fall as Greece's political talks plod along

Prices for metals and oil are down as investors grow nervous about Greece's failure to form a new government.
Benchmark West Texas Intermediate crude fell to $94.78 per barrel, its lowest settlement since Dec. 19.
Prices for both precious metals and industrial metals also fell. The most notable decline was in copper for May delivery, which shed 2.5 percent of its value.
Greek leaders are negotiating who will be in charge of the country's new government, and talks have now dragged in to a second week. Investors worry that the embattled country could miss its next debt payment. Concerns about a slowdown in China, which is a big importer of industrial metals like copper, have also crimped metals prices.
In agricultural commodities, wheat and corn rose. Soybeans fell.
