UN not agreed yet on new NKorea sanctions

Diplomats say the U.N. Security Council committee monitoring sanctions against North Korea is still trying to agree on a list of entities, companies and goods to add to the U.N. sanctions blacklist.
The council unanimously approved a presidential statement strongly condemning North Korea's failed rocket launch on April 13. It gave the committee until Tuesday to prepare new additions for the sanctions list, and said if it didn't the council would take action to expand the list.
The EU, US, Japan and South Korea proposed additions to the blacklist _ but China, North Korea's closest ally, has not responded, the diplomats said, speaking anonymously because talks have been private.
