England flanker Croft to miss tour of South Africa

England flanker Tom Croft will miss his team's three-test tour of South Africa because of a neck injury.
Croft was carried from the field on a stretcher while wearing a neck brace during Leicester's April 21 victory over Harlequins, and England coach Stuart Lancaster says he will not recover in time to play.
Lancaster says "he won't be available for the tour _ that neck injury is sufficiently serious to rule him out."
Lancaster is also without Rob Webber, Courtney Lawes, Tom Woods, Tom Croft, Joe Simpson and Charlie Sharples.
Rugby World Cup back row James Haskell could be in contention to return to the squad after playing for Super 15 side Otago Highlanders.
