Volunteers help search for missing British teacher

Hundreds of volunteers are helping Cayman Islands police search for a British schoolteacher who went missing a week ago.
Police Inspector Ian Yearwood says officials resumed a water search early Sunday for Nathan Clarke off Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach. Rough conditions forced them to temporarily suspend the water search at noon.
As of Saturday night, 527 volunteers had helped with the search. The operation has included the use of aircraft, marine vessels and divers.
Clarke was last seen walking toward the water's edge after socializing with friends at a beachside bar. Officers found Clarke's phone in the water about 160 feet (50 meters) from the beach.
The missing man is originally from Cheltenham and has lived in the Cayman Islands since 2008.
