Tunisia leader to talk security in N. Africa tour

A spokesman says Tunisia's president will tour North Africa to discuss economics and security in the region, which is being flooded by arms from Libya.
During his trip, President Moncef Marzouki is expected to push for the revival of the long-moribund Arab Maghreb Union, a group that could confront challenges beyond any one country's ability to handle.
His spokesman, Adnan Mancer, says Marzouki will go to Morocco on Wednesday for a two-day visit.
Mancer added Tuesday that the Tunisian leader also will visit Mauritania and Algeria.
North Africa's security situation is being challenged in part because Libya's 2011 civil war flooded the area with weapons, many of which fell into the hands of smugglers, bandits and militants.
