Australian entry Loki, skippered by Stephen Ainsworth and which finished fourth across the line, was declared the overall handicap winner of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race Friday.
Living Doll was second on handicap and 84-year-old skipper Syd Fischer's Ragamuffin finished third.
The 60-foot Loki finished in two days, 14 hours, 20 minutes, 38 seconds, about eight hours after Wednesday's line honors winner Investec Loyal.
Loyal edged defending champion Wild Oats XI by three minutes but had to wait until Thursday to have the win confirmed after a protest for receiving outside assistance was dismissed by an international jury.
More than 40 boats were still sailing Friday, including one skippered by teenager Jessica Watson.
