Partial results: Congo legislative races close

Partial results from Congo's legislative elections show three Cabinet ministers in the ruling party have lost their parliament seats.
And the president's party is running neck-to-neck with the opposition following November's ballot that was marred by fraud and violence.
The electoral commission announced results Wednesday night for a fifth of the 500-seat parliament. President Joseph Kabila and opposition leader Etienne Tshisekedi's parties took an equal number of seats.
Kabila was declared president after the Nov. 28 elections despite fraud condemned by the international community.
Congo, which is sub-Saharan Africa's largest nation, suffered decades of dictatorship and civil war, and the country's east is still mired in conflict.
