World Cup slalom races which were canceled in Finland will now be staged in Flachau, Austria, on Dec. 20-21.
The International Ski Federation says the women will race on Tuesday, Dec. 20, two days after a World Cup slalom in Courchevel, France.
The men race in Flachau on the Wednesday, two days after their slalom in Alta Badia, Italy.
Both two-run events in the home town of Austrian great Hermann Maier will start at 3:30 p.m. (1430 GMT) and 6:30 p.m. (1730 GMT).
FIS had to cancel the traditional first slaloms of the season in Levi next weekend because of unexpected warm weather in the Lapland resort.
