US and Israel refused to pay membership fee to boycott Palestine to join UNESCO

The issue of Palestine joined to UNESCO moved the boycott of US and Israel. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appealed to each notion staying with detached.
UNESCO accepted Palestine as the one of membership with overall majority adopt the resolution on Oct 31. US subsequently declared that they refused to pay US$60 million for membership fee which is due in November. Israel also declared that they will pause to transfer the receivable tax for Palestine and accelerate to set up the settlement for Jew in eastern of Jerusalem and West Bank.
Ban Ki-moon concerned the boycott of US and Israel for Palestine. He restated that UNESCO insisted that the standpoint to support Palestine to found a state individually. He also emphasized that United Nations specialized agencies have the right to accept the new in but the issue to accepted Palestine as the one of membership for UNWSCO affective the yearly budget make him feel sorry.
Director-General of UNESCO, Irina Bokova stated that UNESCO can’t work out as usual once the membership fee isn’t solved in time. US pays US$80 million for membership fee of UNESCO is taken 22% for the budget of UNESCO every year.
According to the rules for UNESCO, membership notion will lose the right to vote if it doesn’t pay the membership fee for two years. In addition, Palestine stated that they will apply to join World Health Organization,‎ World Intellectual Property Organization and so on.
