England wins toss, bowls 1st vs India in 2nd ODI

England has won the toss and chosen to bowl first in the rain-affected second one-day international against India at the Rose Bowl.
Middle-order batsman Eoin Morgan was ruled out for the home side with a shoulder injury while Ravi Bopara came in for Jonathan Trott, allowing Ian Bell to bat at No. 3 in a match reduced to 23 overs per side because of rain.
India's only change Tuesday saw batsman Manoj Tiwary replace Rohit Sharma, who was sidelined with a broken finger. Sachin Tendulkar was again missing with a toe injury that has ruled him out of the series.
The five-match series is level at 0-0 after Saturday's opener at Durham was rained off.
