Rain shortens England vs India ODI

The second one-day international between England and India has been reduced to a 23-overs-a-side match after heavy rain delayed the start of play at the Rose Bowl.
The match will begin at 7 p.m. local time (1800 GMT) _ five hours after its scheduled start time _ following a pitch inspection.
The five-match series is level at 0-0 after Saturday's opener at Durham was rained off.
England will be without key middle-order batsman Eoin Morgan, who was ruled out of the remainder of the series on Tuesday with a shoulder injury.
Among a raft of injured India players was star batsman Sachin Tendulkar, who was missing with a toe problem.
