Power failure hits China's new bullet trains

China's new high-speed trains linking Beijing to Shanghai have been stopped by power failures for the second time in three days.
The showcase line was opened to great fanfare less than two weeks ago.
An announcement from the Railways Ministry says a power failure near the eastern city of Suzhou on Tuesday morning caused the latest delay.
A Beijing Railway Station official says a lightning strike caused power to fail on Sunday. A Xinhua News Agency article said 11 trains were delayed following more than an hour of emergency repairs in eastern Shandong province.
