Argentine DNA tests show no match with Clarin kids

Genetic testing is under way in Argentina on blood and saliva taken from the adopted children of a powerful Latin American news group owner.
A source close to the process who insists on anonymity to avoid violating judicial confidentiality rules tells the Associated Press that the first round of tests showed no match between the adoptees and two families of victims of Argentina's military dictatorship.
The adopted children of Grupo Clarin owner Ernestina Herrera de Noble have fought in the courts for years to avoid a wider comparison of their genetic material to a database of hundreds of families of the disappeared. Those wider tests will now begin.
