2 Koreas to meet again over stalled joint tour

North and South Korea will meet again this week for talks on Pyongyang's seizure of Seoul's assets in a stalled joint tourism venture in the North.
Seoul's Unification Ministry said Monday that South Korean officials and business leaders are to visit the North's scenic Diamond Mountain on Wednesday for the talks.
Joint tours to the mountain were suspended in 2008 after a North Korean border guard shot and killed a South Korean tourist there.
North Korea later confiscated or shut down South Korean-owned buildings and other facilities. The North said last month it would dispose of the assets.
The two Koreas met late last month over the issue but the meeting ended without progress.
