2 migrants die off Greek coast on way to Italy

Greek authorities say two people have died after a boat carrying illegal migrants to Italy has capsized off the western coast of Greece.
Authorities said Wednesday that an Afghan child died in the incident. Another child is missing and 22 other people made it to shore.
Coast guard authorities say the overturned boat was found about 15 meters (yards) off the shore near the western town of Preveza early Wednesday.
Rescue crews recovered the bodies of an 8-year-old Afghan boy and a 46-year-old Iranian man, and were searching for the boy's twin brother. A suspected Greek migrant smuggler was arrested.
Greece is the main gateway into the European Union for illegal immigrants.
