Rugby player fined for Japan tsunami Facebook joke

Britain rugby league international Ryan Bailey has been fined by his club for making jokes on Facebook about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
The 27-year-old former Britain prop has apologized for the remarks following an investigation by Leeds Rhinos and volunteered to make a donation to the tsunami relief fund.
The Rhinos say Bailey expressed his remorse during a meeting with club chief executive Gary Hetherington.
Bailey says he had not meant to upset anyone but agreed that the comments "would be deeply offensive to those affected in the tragic scenes we have seen in Japan."
