Chef’s Recommendations:

Freshly diced apples are mixed and cooked with white wine, and put into delicious French sablée dough. Complemented with light cream and pistachio, this dessert offers sweet, sour and rich flavours to delight both the eyes and the mouth.

Apple Caramel Cake

This is a sinfully rich chocolate cake at the base, fused with cooked apple slices and handmade caramel. It is full of small fruit pieces and creates a sense of warmth and soothing pleasure.

Milk Chocolate Delice, Poached Pears

This almond chocolate sponge cake has a silky mousse topping and apples that offers you the most tantalising taste of spring.

Pear Upside Down Cake

The dessert is named “upside down”, meaning that the seasonal fruit is put into the mould before the cake mixture. It is flipped after baking to present the delicious browned fruit on the top. The unique scent of pear and caramel swirls lingers in the mouth.
