UN Security Council to discuss Libya

The Security Council will meet privately to discuss Libya's accusations about the international military intervention and its request for an emergency meeting of the U.N.'s most powerful body.
The council scheduled closed consultations for 3 p.m. EDT (1900 GMT) on Monday.
Council diplomats said Libyan Foreign Minister Musa Kousa requested the emergency meeting in a letter to the council president dated Saturday, in which he accused the international force of military aggression.
The diplomats said the council would also discuss a letter Kousa sent Thursday _ before the council voted to authorize military action to protect civilians and impose a no-fly zone.
The diplomats spoke on condition of anonymity because consultations have been private.
