Hook moves to Wales midfield for injured Davies

James Hook has been switched around again by Wales to replace injured center Jonathan Davies for the Six Nations rugby match against Italy this weekend.
Hook played fullback against England and flyhalf against Scotland.
Davies has failed to recover in time from hurting his hamstring in the 24-6 win over Scotland 10 days ago. Hook has moved into center for his 50th cap, and Stephen Jones is back at flyhalf for his 98th for Wales in the only changes to the starting lineup.
In the reserves, winger Leigh Halfpenny is back from an ankle injury to take Jones' spot.
