Contador says he will appeal any doping suspension

Alberto Contador says he will appeal any suspension for his positive doping test at the Tour de France.
The Spanish cyclist says "I will defend my innocence until the end."
He spoke at a news conference in Mallorca on Friday, two days after Spanish cycling officials proposed a one-year ban after his positive test for clenbuterol.
He blames the result on contaminated meat.
Contador says "I feel like a victim _ a victim of the system."
Contador calls the entire disciplinary process "shameful" and says he will do all he can to see that the rule on clenbuterol is changed.
Contador has until Feb. 9 to present further evidence in his defense before a final decision is rendered.
