Forward Luke Rodgers has signed with the New York Red Bulls, where he will be reunited with coach Hans Backe, his former manager at Notts County.
The 29-year-old Englishman scored 13 goals in 46 games for Notts County.
Rodgers previously played for several lower-lower clubs in England, including Shrewsbury, Crewe Alexandra, Port Vale and Yeovil.
