Koskela, Wolf win 500-meter World Cup races

Pekka Koskela of Finland won his second 500-meter World Cup speedskating race this season, edging Jamie Gregg and Jasques de Koning on Friday.
Koskela finished in 35.15 seconds, 0.08 seconds ahead of Gregg. De Koning was another 0.01 seconds behind for third.
In the women's 500, world record holder Jenny Wolf of Germany earned her 44th World Cup win and sixth of this season in the division.
The Vancouver Olympic silver medalist won in 37.90 seconds. Margot Boer was second in 38.56 and Heather Richardson was third in 38.57.
