NZ's Central Bank predicts All Blacks WCup win

The head of New Zealand's central bank says its expert forecasters predict the All Blacks will beat Australia "by 23.9 to 15.6" in the final of this year's Rugby World Cup.
Reserve Bank governor Alan Bollard made the prediction during an otherwise serious address to the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce on Friday during which he said that having the World Cup in New Zealand was one of a number of factors complicating economic forecasting for the country.
He said the World Cup is expected to inject NZ$700 million (US$540 million), or about a third of a percent of GDP, into New Zealand's economy and an All Blacks win could have a positive effect on business and national confidence.
