SKorean president names 2 ministers in reshuffle

South Korean President Lee Myung-bak has appointed two new ministers in a minor Cabinet reshuffle.
Friday's shake-up affected the culture ministry and the knowledge economy ministry.
The two nominees do not need parliamentary approval, though they are required to undergo confirmation hearings in which lawmakers ask questions.
Lee also appointed 10 new presidential aides, five officials to government commissions, and a new state inspector.
The reshuffle will not affect key ministries dealing with tensions on the Korean peninsula that have spiked following a series of provocations from North Korea.
