Investigators say high wind was a primary factor in a chair lift accident at a Maine ski area that injured eight.
Ethan Austin, a spokesman for the Sugarloaf resort, says the preliminary findings were made Wednesday by inspectors from the Maine Board of Elevator and Tramway Safety.
The investigation into Tuesday's accident is continuing.
